Under delegated authority, dismisses application of Trans Caribbean Airways (docket 16292) in Reopened New York-Florida Renewal Case. Supplemental opinion and order in Frontier-North Central Route Transfer Use It Or Lose It Investigation issue amended certificate to Frontier Airlines for route 73. Orders all interested persons to show cause why the Board should not make final specified tentative findings and conclusions and issue to Chicago Helicopter Airways an amended certificate for its route 96, and orders publication of this order in the Federal Register. Exemption - authority of Frontier Airlines extended through December 31, 1966, for the exchange of air transportation for services rendered by a group -travel developer under the terms and conditions of its currently effective tariff. In Portland-Seattle Nonstop Investigation denies petition of Pacific Northern Airlines for reconsideration of order E-22626 which denied consolidation of its application in docket 16338. Institutes investigation of and suspends through January 28, 1966, one-way propeller first-class fares proposed by North Central Airlines0 Orders publication of this order in the Federal Register.
