Denies application of North Central Airlines for authority to temporarily suspend service at Appleton, Wis.; author- izes it to provide service through the new Outagamie County Airport until 30 days after final decision in Outagamie County et al. v. CAB, No. 14994-. Under delegated authority, dismisses investigation (E-21958) of propeller commuter fare between Los Angeles and Las Vegas proposed by United Air Lines. Under delegated authority, dismisses investigation (E-22106) of extension of family fares to all days of the week between Fort Lauderdale/Miami and all points served proposed by Northeast Airlines. Exemption - under delegated authority, American Airlines to furnish free transportation to a group (30) of travel agents from Cincinnati and Washington, nCo to San Francisco, during July 13-17, 1965, for promotion and sale of air/sea vacations in the Los Angeles and San Francisco areas. Dismisses propeller revisions complaint of Bonanza Air Lines in the matter of commuter fares and seating-configuration tariff proposed by Western Air Lines. Approves IATA agreement CAB 18362 relating to specific commodity rates; orders publication of this order in the Federal Register. Exemption - Pan American World Airways to provide flag- stpp service for 1 year at Travis AFB for air transpor- tation of military personnel and property moving on USo Government bills of lading on its scheduled common car- riage transportation between California and Honolulu, Guam, Tokyo, Saigon, and Bangkok, subject to provisions.
