Under delegated authority, dismisses proceeding of investigation (E-20704) re 1tEcon-O-Flight and group fares to Florida proposed by Northeast Airlines. Under delegated authority, approves agreement CAB 17737 et al, involving Pan American World Airways and Eastern Air Lines, various other air carriers, and other carriers relating to inter-carrier arrangements.
