Exemotion - The Flying Tiger Line to provide certain one-way cargo trips during April 16 through 30, 1961, for MATS. Exemption Ellis Air Lines to transport passengers on nonstop flights from Sitka to Ketchikan on April 119, 1961, and from Ketchikan to Sitka on April 23, in connection with annual Southeastern Alaska Music Festival. Authorizes Pan American World Airways to inaugurate jet services on or about April 21, 1961, at Oslo and Stockholm on route 132 through regular use of Garden- ermoen and Arlanda Airports, Dismisses applications of Trans International Airlines, Slick Airways, and Riddle Airlines for exemptions to provide MATS transportation. Denies petition of Interior Airways for permission to intervene in Wien Alaska Airlines mail rates matter. Fixes final mail rates (proposed by E-16332) to be paid Wien Alaska Airlines on and after Oct. 2, 1958, over its entire system, Denies petition of Pacific Air Lines for reconsider- ation of order E-16445 in the matter of an airport notice filed by Bonanza Airlines with respect to serv- ice at Burbank, Calif.
