Exemption - Los Angeles Air Service, d/b/a Trans Inter- national Airlines, to conduct one round-trip trans- atlantic charter trip during June and August 1960 for Federated Norwegian Lutheran Young Peoples Society. Authorizes guaranty of a loan by Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America to Aloha Airlines, under Public Law 85-307. Exemption - Cordova Airlines to engage in scheduled transportation between Chisana, Alaska, and Dawson, Yukon Territy, Canada, via Northway, Alaska, until Sept. 30, 1960o Denies request of Eastern Air Lines for suspension and investigation of tariff amendments proposed on behalf of Pan American World Airways with respect to nonappli- cability of certain surcharges in Puerto Rico service. Postpones to July 1, 1960, applicability to The Flying rTiger Line of provisions of amendments 16 and 18 to part 241 of the Economic Regulations. Approves agreements 14062 and 14063 adopted by members of IATA relating to traffic matters. Approves agreements involving National Airlines and Slick Airways, various other air carriers, and other carriers relating to intercarrier arrangements. Approves agreements involving Irans World Airlines and Frontier Airlines, various other air carriers, and other carriers relating to intercarrier arrangements. Opinion and order issue temporary permit to Harvey W. McKay, d/b/a McKay Airways, authorizing air transpor- tation for 3 years between Chatham, Ontario, Canada, and all points within the United States within a specified area.
