McManus, United States Overseas Airlines, American Society of Travel Agents, and Don Davis, d/b/a San Jose Travel Service; denies petition of Independent Airlines Association; adds Resolution No. 821b to list of resolutions at issue; otherwise denies. Grants intervention in Domestic Cargo-Mail Service Case by Detroit Aviation Commission, Board of County Road Commissioners, and Greater Detroit Board of Commerce. Exemption - Purdue Aeronautics Corp. to operate a round-trip charter flight from Indianapolis to Red Lake, Ontario, Canada, during September 1959, for Russ Dethert. Not released during this period. Disclaims jurisdiction with respect to agreement No. 13202, R-15, otherwise approves agreement adopted by Traffic Conferences of IATA relating to rate and traffic matters. Exemption - Allegheny Airlines to conduct specified seasonal operations over segment 2 of route No. 97 between Washington/Baltimore and Atlantic City, and New York/Newark.
