Approves agreements involving National Airlines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, various other air carriers, and other carriers relating to intercarrier arrangements, Exemptions - The Flying Tiger Line and United States Overseas Airlines each to conduct round-trip pro rata transatlantic charter flights during June and August and August and September 1959 for American Youth Hostels, Inc. Authorizes Eastern Air Lines to temporarily suspend service at Malone, N. Y., on route No. 72 for 1 year. Denies application of Pan American-Grace Airways for exemption authority to provide service at Bogota, Colombia. Exemption - Capitol Airways to operate a round-trip charter flight from Chicago to The Pas, Manitoba, Canada, during May and June for Filby. Denies petition of Overseas National Airways for recon- sideration of order E-13723 which denied exemption authority to operate a transatlantic charter. Denies application of Overseas National Airways for exemption authority to operate a transatlantic charter for Whirlpool Travel Club.
