Denies application of Quaker City Airways for exemp- tion authority to lease an aircraft from Global Airways Amends order E-13040 by extending the termination date of exemptions granted Seaboard & Western Airlines, Trans Caribbean Airways, Alaska Airlines, World Air- ways, and Capitol Airways; and renewing exemption authority of Pacific Northern Airlines and Los Angeles Air Service to June 30, 1959, -with respect to military contracts.
