Krick Associates to conduct weather modificetion operations in California pursuant to agree- ments rith Sacramento River Weather Association and Placerville Farm Labor Cooperative from Narch 1 through June 15, 1959. Exemption - Allegheny Airlines to provide nonstop service on route No. 97 at Atlantic City-New York/ Newark until 60 days after final decision in North- eastern States Area Investigation, docket No. 6436. Exemption - Seaboard ' Western Airlines to transport from New York City to Belfast, Ireland, on or about Feb. 11, 1959, one 2,700-pound scale model engineering rendering of a plant facility being built for DuPont. Approves agreement No. 12738 adopted by Traffic Con- ference 1 of IATA relating to specific commodity rates. Denies motion of Pacific Air Lines to dismiss complaint of Bonanza Air Lines and petition for enforcement. Denies motion of Pacific Air Lines to dismiss interven- tion of Bonanza Air Lines in Service to Santa Catalina Island Case.
