Grants Alaska Airlines exemption authority to consum- mate specified lease and purchase transaction with Slick Airways involving aircraft and equipaent. Grants The Flying Tiger Line exemption authority, sub- ject to stated conditions, to conduct two round-trip pro rata transatlantic passenger charter flights for Variety Club of Philadelphia in April and May 1958. Approves agreement, subject to general conditions of orders E-9305 and E-10992, adopted by Traffic Confer- ence 1 of IATA relating to fares.
