Authorizes Pan American World to inaugurate nonstop service on July 25, 1957, between Barbados, B.W.I., and St. John, Antigua. Approves agreement adopted by Joint Conference 1-2 of IATA relating to specific commodity rates. Opinion and order in Capital Group Student Fares cancel tariff C.A.B.
