Amends order E-9825 in the Reonened Bonanza Renewal Case to include further hearing as to whether Bonanza's certificate for rcute DJc. 105 should be amended to extend service between Las Vegas, Kev., and Los Angeles via Bakersfield and Burbank, Reopens Dockets Mos. 2049, 4018, 4_19, 6071, 6263, 6943, and 6968; consolidates them, along with numerous other dockets, into the Investigation of Intra-Alaska Air Services matter, and expands the issues set forth in instituting order E-7322. Authorizes discussions on a proposed agreement between the Defense Air Transport Administration and the Depart- ment of Defense and various air carriers and other car- riers relating to the Civil Reserve Air Fleet program. Finds that service by Capital Airlines at Chicago, through use of O'Hare Airport, as an alternate to Midway, will not be adverse to the public interest, but post- pones use of both airports on the same flights. Dismisses application of the Postmaster General for amendment of order No. E-925L, nunc pro tunc, in the matter of mail rates for 13 air carriers. Institutes investigation to make determinations with respect to adequacy of scheduled airline service at Fort Worth, Texas. Authorizes Pan American World Airways to suspend ser- vice at Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. Denies petitions of Charlotte, N.C., Eastern Air Lines, and Delta Air Lines for reconsideration of order E-9755 with respect to nonstop service to Chicago. Supplemental opinion and order in the West Coast Perma- nent Certificate Case issue certificate to West Coast Airlines for route No. 77, effective Feb. 15, 1956. In the Arthur Vining Davis Control Relationships Pro- ceeding approves, subject to conditions, the common control of Riddle Airlines, Three Bays Corporation, and Miami Towing Company arising from stock interest of Arthur Vining Davis in each company.
