Authorizes Ozark Airlines to suspend service at Cape
Girardeau, Mo., until the airport becomes adequate for
scheduled air carrier operations.
Opinion and order issue amende'd permit to Societe
Anonyme Belge D'Exploitation de la Navigation Aerienne
(SABENA) to correct carrier's name and to authorize
service to Manchester, England. Apnroved by the
President 9-24-53.
Authorizes Frontier Airlines to omit the evening
flight to Monte Vista, Colo., on route No. 73, provided
service is furnished on one round trip daily, until
the airport becomes adequate for night operations.
Approves, during uninterrupted tenure, interlocking
relationships created by the holding of certain posi-
tions by W. Waldo Lynch in Pan American World Airvays
and Hamlyn Electronics Corporation; otherwise dis-
misses.
Grants Trans-Texas Airways a temporary exemption, sub-
ject to stated conditions, permitting it to provide
scheduled air transportation of persons, property and
mail directly between Lufkin and Houston, Texas.

President 9-25-53.
Opinion and orders in the Bristol Bay Area Bush Pro-
ceeding temporarily approve, effective Sept. 2, 1953,
and subject to stated conditions, agreement of Oct. 23,
1951, (C.A.B. No. 5600) between Bristol Bay Airlines
and Pacific Northern Airlines for operation of bush
mal1 routes; otherwise deny applications, motions and
petitions. Approved by the President 9-25-53.
Grants the Freight Forwarders Tnstitute leave t inter-
vene in the matter of the renewal of Part 296 and an
investigation of indirect air carriage of property.
Amends Brnrd order E-7763 so as to postpone till Oct.1,
