The PertVanent Court of International justice was called in extraordinary session at The Hague to consider the first international dispute referred to it, namely, that between Great Btitain afid FrAnce as to whether or not the Nationality Decrees of the Fretioth Gevernmfent, the Bty of Tunis and the Sultan of Rabat, and their applickttn to 8fitish subjects, arV matters of putely French domestic policy. The cases of both Governmenits were stated in public sessions, and the Court's opinion will probably be given during February.
