Records that the Chamber is composed of seven members and that, if the number of members able to sit in a given case falls below five, new members shall be selected by the Tribunal in order to bring the number to five at least; 2. Records that the quorum required for meetings is five members; 3. Records that the Chamber will be available to deal with disputes which the parties agree to submit to it concerning the interpretation or application of any provision of: (a) the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea concerning the protection and preservation of the marine environment; ITLOS
