                To extend the termination date of the Terrorism Insurance Program established  Jan. 12, 2015
                   under the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002, and for other purposes.  [H.R. 26]

                   Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of

              SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE AND TABLE OF CONTENTS.                        Program

                  (a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the Terrorism              Act of 2015.

                TITLE I-EXTENSION OF TERRORISM

                            INSURANCE PROGRAM

              SEC. 101. EXTENSION OF TERRORISM INSURANCE PROGRAM.
                  Section 108(a) of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002
              (15 U.S.C. 6701 note) is amended by striking December 31, 2014
              and inserting December 31, 2020.
