This 1965 Permanent Cumulative Supplement also contains all the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and Colorado Rules of Criminal Proce- dure which have been amended or adopted by the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado subsequent to March 31, 1964; all the amendments to the Constitution of the United States ratified by the states in 1964; and all the amendments to the Constitution of the State of Colorado approved by vote of the people in 1964.
