SECTION 1. It is here1/ clujied by the GHCcruZ
Asseinbl; ofire ltate of Vermont, That if any per-
s6n shall stest any money, goods'or- chattels, OrTheh:
anyv bond, bill, note, accountable receii$, or other

payienl of money, or performance of any cove-
nanil, contract or agreement, or any acquittance,
eeae or 'discha'ge of any debt, uendco-
venant, contract or agreerneut; every person so
offendig, his or her counsellors, aiders or ahet-
tois, knowing of, or privy to, the oflences- afore-
said..on conviction thereof, before any county
