handle is hein.ssl/ssoh0286 and id is 1 raw text is: (129th General Assembly) (Substitute House Bill Number 347) AN ACT To amend sections 122.12, 122.121, 505.60, and 731.09 and to enact section 731.091 of the Revised Code to authorize the legislative authority of a statutory nonchartered village to be composed of five instead of six members and to authorize the terms of office to be nonstaggered, to restrict the types of competitive events that qualify for state grants based on projected incremental increases in sales tax receipts, and to authorize townships to reimburse officers and employees for out-of-pocket insurance premiums attributable to coverage provided for their immediate dependents. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio: SECTION 1. That sections 122.12, 122.121, 505.60, and 731.09 be amended and section 731.091 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows: Sec. 122.12. As used in this section and in section 122.121 of the Revised Code: (A) Endorsing county means a county that contains a site selected by a site selection organization for one or more games. (B) Endorsing municipality means a municipal corporation that contains a site selected by a site selection organization for one or more games. (C) Game support contract means a joinder undertaking, joinder agreement, or similar contract executed by an endorsing municipality or endorsing county and a site selection organization.
