Ie it enacted by the General Assenbly of the State of J'orth Car'oliia, and it is hereby enacted by the autlrenpty of the sane, That the Comniasiornes a ppmi ited u der an ac: of A sembly, passed in the year oerr thousai d eight hundred an nineteen, entitled an act making provision fn the running the boundary line between this stale and the state of Tennessee, or wiho may hereafter be Appo ted under the before recited act, shal! be allowed two pack hones and twu men for the trans- portation of all necebsary baggage, who shall be appointed by the said commissioners, and receive as a compensation for their services the sum of two dollars per day, each of them bearing their own experces. 2. And be it further enacted by the authority aforeeaid.
