Resolved by the General Asscmblq of the State of Missouri, [as follows:]
1. The Secretary or State he, and lie is hereby authorised and required to pro-
cure from the clerks of this and the etigbhoring counties, for the use of this Gene-
ral Assembly, seventy-five copies of the digest of the laws of Missouri, remaining
with said'clorks undistributed.

AN ACT al)wopri(aing money for certain purposes.
I Sums appropriated to defray certain  expenses  ! A ppropriation to pay for revising the statutes.
of government.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, [as follows:]
1. In addition to the several sums appropriated and remaining in the treasury
unexpended on the 30th of September, 183 1, [and unexpended,] the following sums
be appropriated to defray the expenses of the fourth quarter of the aforesaid year,
to wit: For the pay of the general asseinhly, twve!vo thousand dollars, for the pay
of salaries of civil officers, five thousand dollars; for the pay of expenses for as-
sessing and collecting revenue, twelve hundred dollars; for the pay of militia ofli-
cers, two hundred and fifty dollars; for the pay of clerk hire of auditor of public
accounts, one hundred and fifty dollars; for the pay of public printing, five hundred
and fifty dollars.
2. The sum of two hundred dollars be appropriated for the pay of William
Scott, for revising, digesting and compiling the statute laws of this state, under an
act of the general assembly of this state, approved January 21st, 1833.
