AN ACT for the relief of minor orphans owning lands in the county of New Mafo-
drid, to the extent said county had the frst day ' January, one thousand
eight hundred and twelve.*
WunnEAS it has been represented to this General Assembly that there are many
orphan child or children who own lands lying in the county of New Madrid,
and who by the laws of this territory have neither the power themselves or by
their guardians to take the benefit of the act of congress, approved the seven.
