ROADS AND HIGHWAYS.

AN   ACT amendatory to an act, entitled an act concerning public Roads and
Highways.*
I Fines and forfeitures appropriated to improve 3 Overseers neglecting duty to be fined.

2 Overseers-bond and compensation.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Tet'ritory of Missouri, tas follows:]
1. All fines and forfeitures which shall hereafter be incurred under the act to
which this is a supplement, shall be and the same are hereby directed to be appro-
priated to the improvement of the several public roads and highways in the coun-
ties in which the same may be incurred, either by hiring hands, horses, wagons or
otherwise, as the overseers of the several road divisions or districts shall deem most
advisable and proper.
