begun and held at the CITY of ANNAPOLIS, on Monday, the

bably be perfeded within the three years liniitted and allowed by the acd for ellablifhing a company
for opening and extending the navigation of the river Patowmack; therefore,
II. BF, IT .ENACTED, by the General A4fembly of Alaryland, That the raid Patowmack company fliall Vurthcr tirno
have and be allowed until the fevenleenth day of November, one thoufand fe'VCn hundred a.d1 nine- allowed, &c.

that on the faine being done, in the manner pref'cribed by the faid a(9, before the faid feventecuth
day of November, the faid company fliall be entitled to all tolls, profits and advantages, as if the

the contrary notwithflanding.
