MENT OF SIR WILLIAM PEPPERRELL BARONET DECEASED, AND THE
OTHER PROPRIE [0] TORS OF CERTAIN TRACTS OF LAND IN THE TOWN-
SHIP[S] OF BIDDEFORD AND SCARBOROUGH TO SUE FOR ANY TRES-
