Mass. said Whittamore against the said Town should be stayed 'till the

aouse o.r, standing he was informed of said Order by some that had seen it,
78. Ate, immediately caused Execution to be served on the Petitioners &
p.550,chap.52. then hastned out of the Province, Praying that the Petitioners who
are imprisoned, may be discharged or otherwise releived.
Read and
Ordered, That the Prayer of this Petition be so far granted, as
That the Petitioners Sam' Bond & stephen Wesson be discharged
from their imprisonment on said Writt of Execution, provided they
give sufficient bond to the Sheriff of the County of Middlesex to
Answer the final Judgment on the said Demand; And the Keeper
of his Majesty's Goal in said County is hereby enjoined to discharge
