Cuonre 3- NO', L60t H E I E A S for many Years paft, the Money coined in the late Majjc/ujettr Colony, hath paflfed cuiient at the Rate or Value it was flamped for; and good Scvil, Pillar or Mexic Pieces of Eight, of full Seventeen Penny Weight, have alfo paffed current at Six Shillings per Piece, and Half Pieces of proportionable Weight pro rato, Quarter Pieces of the fame Coin at Sixteen Pence per Piece, and Reals of the fame Coin at Eight Pence per Piece: Be it therefore Enadted and Decla- red by the Lieutenant Governor, Council, and Reprefentatives, convened in General Affembly, and by the Authority of the fame, That all and every the Coins before mentioned, fhall fiill be and continue current Money within this Province; and thall be accepted, taken, and received, at the refpedive Values aforefaid, according as hath heretofore been accuflorned.
