An act to authorize Henry Tucker and his associ-
ates, to build a bridge over a Salt Creek, a branch
of Apponeganset River, in the town of Dart-
Mouth.
BE it comflu by the Semate and Houft of Rtprifintavet,, in General
Coupt a/f mbid, and by the autbority of the fame, 'I hat Henry
Tucker, and rtcih othets as have or may herealter affbciate with him
and them, be, and they are hereby permitted to build a Bridge over a
fair.water cierk, which is a branch of the river called Apponeganfet,
in the tnwn (f Dartmouth. in the county of Bri/ll : Provded, that the
faid Bridge (hall always be free, and no toll (hall ever be demaled of
any palhnger for paufing the fame,
