WorcctL'r, and empowering Cale/j Amidown to fettle with him for his
excife. Otobcr 2o, 1785.
0 Nte petition of Franci Bridge, praying to be liberated from his
prefcnt confinement in IFgrcejier goal, for reafons t~t forth in his pe-

Ry/blved, That Caleb Amidown, Colle,-or of excife and impoft for the
count), of Worceler, be, and he is hereby empowered, to fettle with the
laid Francis Bridge for his .excife, and credit him in faid fettlement for the
amount of the excife on all fuch articles as he may have exported out of the
Commonwealth, on his producing proper certificates therefor ; and on the
faid Bridge's paying to aid Amidown the balance due to the Commonwealth
for excife, and alfo paying the cofts of profecution and commitment, it is
further refolved, that he be difcharged.
