Rcsolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That a committee ofjoint c)- three on the part of the House be appointed to act jointly withu to a like committee on the part of the Senate, to take into consid- considerie- inorial of oration the subject of the memorial of the officers of the Far- varner mers' Bank of the State of Delaware, this day presented to this san. body, and that said committee make report of their proceedings and decision in the premises to the General Assembly at its next meeting. Alopted at Dover, June 13, 1865. CHAPTER 040. Join Resolution adfjourning the two oses of the General As. sembly until the second 'lesday of January, next. Resolved by the Senate and Hoiuse of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That when the two Houses Ajourn, adjourn this day, they will adjourn to meet again on the second 1ntor Tuesday of January, A.
