the Lands in them contained, to be diff ofed of by Divifion or LFreardle.

of the faid Towns in Town-meeting Affembled ; after which
euflom or manner, particular Perfons obtained to themfelves certain Quantities
of the [aid Land, which they held and difbofed of ar their own proper Efflte of In-
heritance ; and other Quantities or Parcels of the faid Land in Juch Towns which
remained in Common, without being Divided o Dibofed of to any Perfon or Ufe
whafoever, were flill confidered and allowed to be in the Difofltion of the faid In.
