General Gover- State of holden Adjournment) on of February, Anno An A& for the regulation Produce, Manufa&ures, in this State. of the Prices of Labour and Commodities witL W H E R E /I S the congress of the United States of America; premifing the Necellity of reducing the Quantity of circulating Mediumi in order to fiupport its 1alue, have recommended to the jeveral States, in the flrongefl I-erins, 1o raife Supplies for carrying on the fFar, by Taxes ; to draw in and cancel all the Bills of Credit, by thew refpetlively emitted, (jimall Change under a -Dollar excepted) to reirair; from further Enizfions, and to appoint Conmifioners to meet in three Divifions- to regulate and afcertain the Prices of Labour, kIanifat ures, internal Produce and Commodities imported from fore:gn Parts. And Gommfflioners from the States of New. Ham plhi re, M affacihufetts-Bay Rhode.Ifland and Povidence Plantitions, Conne6licur, New-York, New-jerfey, and Pennfylvania, having met at New.Haven, and agreed on a Regulation of Prices foik faid States, have repotted their Doings to this lffeinbly, which Report is accepted and ,pproved.
