(e) Appraisal Standards Board - The Ap-
praisal Standards Board is the board created
under Article XI, Sections 11.01 through 11.13
inclusive, of the bylaws of the Appraisal Founda-
tion, as amended April 22, 1990.
(f) Appraisal Subcommittee - The sub-
committee of the Federal Financial Institutions
Examination Council established under Title XI-
Real Estate Appraisal Reform Amendments of
the Financial Institutions Enforcement, Reform,
and Recovery Act of 1989, Section 1102, by
amendment to the Federal Financial Institu-
tions Examination Council Act of 1978 (12
U.S.C. 3301 et seq.) through the addition of new
Section 1011, Establishment of Appraisal Sub-
committee.
(g) Board - The Arkansas Appraiser Li-
censing and Certification Board established
pursuant to this act.
(h) Client - Any person for whom an ap-
praiser performs a service.
(i) Federal Financial Institutions Regulato-
ry Agencies - The Board of Governors of the
Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation, the Office of the Comp-
troller of the Currency, the Office of Thrift Su-
pervision, and the National Credit Union Ad-
ministration.
(j) Federally related transaction - Any
real estate-related financial transaction which a
financial institution, a federal financial institu-
tions regulatory agency or the Resolution Trust
