AN ACT TO AMEND ARKANSAS CODE 15-23-
313 TO FURTHER DEFINE THAT PORTION
OF THE SALINE RIVER DESIGNATED AS A
COMPONENT OF THE NATURAL AND
SCENIC RIVERS SYSTEM; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 15-23-
313(a)(1)(C), which designates a portion of the
Saline River as a component of the Arkansas Nat-
ural and Scenic Rivers System, is amended to read
as follows:
(C) The Saline River, from its confluence with
the Ouachita River, Section 9, Township 18 South,
Range 10 West, upstream to the Saline-Grant
County line; and
SECTION 2. All provisions of this act of a gen-
eral and permanent nature are amendatory to the
Arkansas Code of 1987 Annotated and the
Arkansas Code Revision Commission shall incor-
porate the same in the Code.
