BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Arkansas Code 27-67-203(a) is
amended to read as follows:
(a) The following highways and designated
parts of highways within the State of Arkansas are
designated as scenic highways:
(1) U.S. 65 from the Louisiana line to the Mis-
souri line;
(2) U.S. 71 from the Louisiana line to the Mis-
souri line;
(3) U.S. 82 from the Mississippi River to
Texarkana;
(4) U.S. 270 from U.S. 71 to Hot Springs;
(5) 1-30 from Little Rock to U.S. 70 west of
Benton, and U.S. 70 to Hot Springs;
