Ucnt. . s. Gay To pay Lieutenant E. S. Gay, the amount of a judgtent in his favor, rendered by the circuit court of the city of Richmond, five hundred and eighty-four dollars and Porty cents. Slaves can- To pay for slaves condemned and executed, or reprieved for sale domned and transportation, fifteen thousand dollars.
