and not otherwise to affect any provision of said will.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.   Commenemet
CHAP. 439.-An ACT allowing t Pension to Mrs. Bridget Boerley,
widow of       Bocrloy, who was killed at the Ilarpers Ferry
Affair.
Passed larch 29, 1860.
1. Be it enacted by tile general assembly, that Mrs. lDrhigot Boorly.
Bridget Boerley, whose husband was killed by some one
of' John Brown's party of insurgents at Harpers Ferry on
the seventeenth day of October eighteen hundred and
fifty-nine, shall be placed on the pension list, and receive
ninety-six dollars annually during her life ; one-half of
which sum of ninety-six dollars shall be paid semi-annu-
ally ; anti the auditor of public accounts is hereby autho-
rized and required to issue his warrant on the treasury fbr
the same, to be paid to the said widow or her representa-
tive, out of any money therein not otherwise appropri-
ated: provided, that if said Mrs. Bridget Boerley shall
again marry, this pension shall cease from the (late of
such marriage.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.   Commec cemnt

the Town of Martinsburg.
