Be it enacted by the general assembly, that so much of chapter thirty-five of the Code of Virginia, not heretofore repealed, and the act passed May twenty-Fourth, eighteen hundred and fifty-two, entitled an act to amend the provi- sions of the act passed April twenty-fburth, eighteen hun- dred and fifty-two, entitled an act concerning cominis- sioners of the revenue, and all acts amendatory thercof, be amended and rencuacted so as to read as fbllows: Numbcr and jurisdiction of commissioners. 1.
