so as to require the bond of th auditor of public accounts to be filed in the
office of the secretary of the commonwealth.

chapter eighteen of the Code be amended and re-enactod so as to read
as follows :
Where hands of   § 5. The bond of each of the said officers, except the auditor of
officers flied,  public accounts, shall le traismitted and filed in the otlice of the auditor

Abstract by    3. The clerk to whom such certificate shall be returned, shall file aind

the same, record a ftll abstract thereof in his register of unarriages,
settilng out, in convenient tabular form, all the circumstances therein
stated and the name of the person signing the certificate, and make an
index of the iaoies of both the parties married.
If marriage out  4. If at the time of celebrating nay marriage out of this state, either

certificate or statement thcreof, verified by the affidavit of tny person
present at such celebration, may le returned to the clerk of the court of

resides, and an abstract thereof shall be recorded by him ia the inatuuer
prescribed in the third section.
