1. Be it enacted by the general assemblyq, That whenever Robert Txes on landr

public accounts with a statement of the lands upon which they desire paid.

of the commissioners of the revenue for the counties in which the
lands lie, charged wih such taxes as he shall deein just and equitable;
and when the amount so charge(], shall have been paid to the auditor
of public accounts, who is hereby authorized to receive the same,
the said payment shall be a full discharge of all taxes and damages
due upon the said lands. And the period of three years, from the Time for entry
date of this act, is hereby allowed to have the said lands entered, and ( onalont,.
