eI andh paid.  missioners of the county of' laifiax be and are hereby authorizzed
and instructed to examine the accounts of William G. Hall for the
tuition of certain poor children of' said county, entered at his school
in the year eighteen hundred and thiriy-eiglit; and if they con-
sider the claim an equitable one, to direct their treasurer to pay to
said Hall such amnount as they may think him fairly entitled to, out
of any funds in such treasurer's hands.

henidi it ir lua. issue a warrant on the treasury in favour of Peter Kremer of the
town of Winchester, for the sum of fifty dollars, (the amount said
to have been paid by him,) for the apprehension of a negro man in
the year eighteen hundred and thirty-two, who had ted from jus-
tice, with interest thereon from the nineteenth day of March,
eighteen hundred and thirty-two till paid; to be paid to the said
Peter Kremer, or to his representative, out of any money therein
not otherwise appropriated : Providld, The said Kremer shall in
the opinion of the executive be equitably entitled to receive the
same.
