CHAP. 30.-An ACT exempting the night watch from military duty in time
of peace.

seers, when access is denied, when in search of fire arms or other
weapons, by authority of' a warrant from a justice of the peace,
issued for that purpose.
Coinmoneorcnt.  2. This act shall commence and be in force from and after the
passing thereof.
CirAP. 32.-An ACT to change the time of the meeting of the general
assembly.

Repealing clause.  2. Be it further enacted, That the act, entitled,  an act to
change the time of meeting of the general assembly, passed March

CHAP. 33.-An ACT to change the time of holding elections for members of
the general assembly, ant of congress.
