Every warrant so issued, shall have the same force mid eflect as a like warrant issued by the lessor, his heirs or assigns, would have had in law prior to the twelfth of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-four and every distress made without a warrant issued pursuant to the provisions of this act, shall he null and void. nOperl or nocnoi 2.
