1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Edmund Wyche Sum allowed Ed-

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That David W. Sleeth, Sums allowod sun-

hundred and four dollars each, for their serviceg as privates, for the
same time in the said company; and the auditor of public accounts
is hereby authorized and required to issue a warrant on the treasury,
in favor of the said Sleeth, Parsons, Tucker, Brown and Cunning-
ham, respectively, for tie same, to be paid to them or their repre-
sentatives out of any money therein not otherwise appropriated. Commencement.

1. Be it enacted b9 the general assembly, That the marriage Joseph Greshaun
heretofore solemnized between Joseph Gresham of the county ofdieorced.
James City, and Sarah W. his wife, formerly Sarah W. Christian,
be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the said Joseph forever
divorced from tie said Sarah W.; and that all right, interest or claim
of the said Sarah W. in or to the estate, real or personal, of the said
Joseph, or any part thereof, by virtue of the said marriage, shall
cease and determine henceforth and forever.
2. This act shall be in force from the passing thereof. Commencement.
