Ch1Ar. 143.-An ACT regulating the tolls of the Manchest;r turnpike com-
pany.

Toll allowed. 1..Be it enacted by the general assemlbly, That in lieu of the tolls
now allowed by law to the Manchester turnpike company on the ar.
ticles hereinafter mentioned, the following rates of toll shall be'al-
lowed and paid, viz: For every wagon (not loaded with coal) drawn
by four or more fbur footed animals, forty cents; for every such wa-
gon drawn by three such animials, thirty-seven and a half cents; fo,
every such wagon drawn by less than three such animals, twenty-five
cents ; for every cart or tumbrel drawn by two such animals, twenty
cents; for every such cart or tumbrel diawn by one such animal,
twelve and a half cents; for every four wheeled riding carriage
drawn by f6ur such animals, forty cents; for every such riding car-
riage drawn by two such animals, thirty-seven and a half cents; for
every such carria!!e drawn by one such animal, twenty-five cents;
for every two wi,. ,Jed riding carriage, eighteen and three quarter
Tolls from Fallin cents. One half only of the above mentioned tolls shall be paid

remain the same as now allowed by law.
Repeal of anet o.  2. le it further enacted, That the act, entitled,  an act autho-
