Be it further enacted, That the action f replevin shall be con- law. strued to exist in no other cases than shall arise under, and by virtue of the act, entitled, an act reducing into one act, the se- veral acts for the better securing the paynent of rents, and pre- venting the fraudulent practices of tenants, ainl to regulate the practice of stung out, and prosecuting writs of replevin, any law, custoni, or usage, to the contrary notwithstanding. 10.
