Repealing clause. 11. And be it enacted, That all acts and parts of acts, coming
within the purview of this act, shall be and the same are hereby

Authority given to I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly, That it shall and

To use for that 2. Be it further enacted, That the aid George B. Taylor is

Walker, deceased.

the personal estate of the said decedent; and the auditor of pub-
lic accounts is hereby authorised and required to issue a warrant
on the treasury for the said sum of six hundred dollars, to the said
William Walker, administrator as aforesaid, to be paid'out of any
monies therein not otherwise appropriated.
