rivet or rivers ; and shall, at all times, keep the samne in repair,

craft : Provided nevereileloss, that nothing in this act nonhilnvd
shall be construed to extend to dams now erected, or hereafter to
beerected, upon (hieat river one mite above Daniel Kyger's stone

Tyger valley river above John Neusom's mill:
