he and is hereby permitted to complete allthe business in relatiotf
to the said oflice. which wak lcft lnfinishid at the time he resign-
ed the same; and tiio said business when so couiplcted shall be
considered uts valid and effectual in law, as ir the sante hail been
p'rfornied by Iim previously to his aforesaid resignlation : Prori.;
dedthat the said Charles Woodson shall make, oall before the
county edurt of Prince Edwaurd, that he hath oxecteld luh said on-
finished business acbordf'ng to law; whlh oath shall. be by the said
court entered of recoid.
2. This act shall be in force from the passing thereof.

dollars is herebj allowed to Riphard Stockton of Franklin
ounfly its a reward for his trouble and expense in apprehending
and securing one Anderson Barker a horse thief; and that the nu-
dilor of' public accounts is hereby suthorised and required to is-
a  varrant for the saine, to be paid out of any money in the trea-
sury.
