Wm    HEREAS it is represented to this present Gencral Assein-
bly, That Polly Coleman, a native of Viiginia fropi the
county of Pitssyhaniah, intermarried with a certain Daniel Cole-.
man, who removed to the state of Georgia some time -in the
year eighteen hundred and five, carrying with him a negro girl
-named Hannah, in whom the said Polly has a.lif* estate only, and
'who at her death descends'to her children; that the said Diniel
departed this life in the year eighteen hundred, and eight, Jeav-
ing his widow in such 'circumstances, that she was compelledto
return to Pittsylvania county, for the purpose of receiving sup-
port by her friends, for herself and children'; that her. title to the
said negro girl is such, that she cannot dispose of her ;
